Regulatory Compliance
Guaranteed to meet EPA and local air quality standards.

Custom-designed Oil and Gas Flares and Enclosed Combustors that meet strict environmental compliance and are built to survive the harshest field conditions.
A flare is a combustion device that safely burns waste or excess gas at an elevated stack, while an enclosed combustor destroys the same gas inside a refractory-lined chamber with no visible flame. Flare Services builds both to your flow rate, gas composition, and emissions limit.
We do not believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Our engineering team designs and manufactures high-efficiency combustion systems tailored precisely to your flow rates, gas compositions, and local emissions regulations.
Guaranteed to meet EPA and local air quality standards.
High-grade alloys built for extreme temperatures and climates.
Smart ignition and monitoring systems maximize uptime.
Safe, reliable, and compliant pressure relief and disposal systems.
Economical, low-maintenance open flares for non-smokeless applications.
High Turbulence Air Injection systems that eliminate smoke and improve combustion efficiency at full flows while meeting the minimal air needs of combustion at low flows to ensure not to overaerate the flame and create CO.
Ideal for low-BTU gas streams requiring auxiliary fuel injection or off-grid facilities with no electrical power.
High-pressure systems utilizing kinetic energy for smokeless burning (highest DRE of all flare tips and no moving parts).
High Air/Fuel Boundary flare tips for smokeless burning.
Custom MSDB (Multi Slot, Dual Boundary) flare tip maximizes gas-and-air mixing (High Turbulence) and dual air/fuel boundaries for the higher BTU LP gas requiring less supplied air.
When open flaring is restricted by aesthetics, noise, or strict environmental laws, our enclosed combustors provide the ultimate solution. They hide the flame, eliminate thermal radiation, and radically reduce emissions by protecting the flame from cooling/diluting straight line wind.
High-Efficiency PyroNXT-ECD Enclosed Combustor Devices & PyroNXT-DVC Dehy Vapor Combustors (DVC) with temperature control for maximum oxidation.
Achieving >99% Destruction Removal Efficiency (DRE) with zero visible flame, Low NOx, Low SOx, and Low CO.
Predesigned unit up to 1.6 MMSCFD.

Engineering Excellence from Concept to Commissioning (100+ Years of Combined Experience)
An air-assisted flare uses forced air injection to eliminate smoke and improve combustion efficiency. Flare Services uses High Turbulence Air Injection, which supplies full air at high flow and reduces air at low flow so the flame isn't over-aerated into producing carbon monoxide.
MSDB stands for Multi Slot, Dual Boundary. It is Flare Services' proprietary flare tip design, which maximizes gas and air mixing through high turbulence and uses dual air/fuel boundaries for higher BTU LP gas that requires less supplied air.
Flare Services enclosed combustors achieve greater than 99% destruction and removal efficiency with zero visible flame, along with low NOx, low SOx, and low CO.
A dehydration vapor combustor destroys flash gas from glycol dehydration units, including BTEX compounds. Flare Services builds the PyroNXT-DVC in three sizes: FS-DVC-36, FS-DVC-48, and FS-DVC-60.
A flare burns waste gas in an open flame at the top of a stack. An enclosed combustor burns the same gas inside a refractory-lined chamber, so there is no visible flame, noise and radiant heat are contained, and destruction efficiency is easier to document.
Flare tips are built in stainless grades such as 316L for the high-temperature sections, with carbon steel used for lower-temperature stack and support structure. Material selection depends on gas composition, sulfur content, and service temperature.
We'll come back with a unit size and a datasheet.
